ASHLAND -- Campbell Soup Company announced its latest community support efforts in the Ashland area via a press release on Tuesday afternoon.
"We just announced our latest round of Campbell Soup Foundation grants, which includes a $25,000 grant to the Associated Charities of Ashland," said senior manager of external communications Amanda Pisano.
These funds are in addition to the emergency relief we provided earlier this year, which included food and financial assistance to the United Way of Ashland and Associated Charities of Ashland.
"Also, our employees in Ashland donated 720 pounds of turkeys to Associated Charities this Thanksgiving," Pisano said.
This brings Campbell’s total giving in the Ashland area this year to approximately $50,000 in funds and food. Since the start of the pandemic, Campbell has donated more than $8 million to communities across our footprint in North America.
