ASHLAND -- The Ashland County Historical Society acquired a property on Walnut Street in early January.
The plans for the 102 West Walnut Street property are yet to be determined, according to director of operations Jennifer Marquette.
"We acquired it because it was for sale and adjacent to property we already own," she said. "We're in midst of planning for that property."
The property was not purchased for any historical relevance.
The historical society bought the property from Timothy A. Rogers and Janette L. Rogers for $75,000
