ASHLAND – Ashland High School’s Arrow Television has scheduled two additional showings of the entirely student-produced film, “As Simple As Hello.”

The film’s May 10 premiere drew a crowd of a few hundred people to Archer Auditorium.

For those who missed the premiere event or wish to see the movie again, free showings will be 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in Little Theatre at Ashland High School Thursday, May, 30.

Displaying the grueling reality of bullying today, the film tells the story of Andrew Peters taking on his new school and dealing with all the complications that accompany the transition.

The mission of the film is to combat bullying and raise awareness for teenagers, just like Andrew, struggling with the trials and tribulations of high school. Hardships, tragedy, and betrayal all appear in this introspective motion picture.

A trailer for the film can be watched below.
