ASHLAND -- The Ashland County-West Holmes Career Center's culinary arts students will present a “Classic Southern Buffet” in the White Apron Restaurant on March 21.
The culinary students had their poultry lesson and practiced cutting a whole chicken. So, what do you do with all that chicken? Make fried chicken.
There will be two seatings, at 11 a.m. and noone, for anyone interested in joining them for a “Classic Southern Buffet.”
The buffet menu will include Brunswick stew, southern fried chicken and waffles, fried catfish, glazed meatloaf, baked macaroni and cheese, grits and cheddar cheese casserole, collard greens with ham hocks and cornbread, dessert table and beverage.
