ASHLAND -- The Crestview Future Farmers of America has had numerous successes at the Ashland County Fair, despite things looking far different than normal as everyone faces new challenges with Covid-19.
In the beef bovine department, Frankie Dismore placed Reserve Grand Champion with her Baby Beef Steer, Destiny LaFever placed Grand Champion in Born and Raised, 4th overall and 2nd in showmanship with her Market Beef Steers.
In the dairy bovine department, Kolton Eichelberger placed Grand Champion in Born and Raised, 4th overall, 1st in class and 4th in showmanship with his Market Dairy Steer, Payton Eichelberger placed 4th in Born and Raised, 6th in class and 4th in showmanship with his Market Dairy Steer.
In the swine department, Frankie Dinsmore placed 3rd and 6th in class with her market hogs, Skylar Ramsay placed 1st in class and 2nd in showmanship with her market hogs.
In the goat department, Emily Weaver placed 3rd in class with her market goat.
In the poultry department, Ellie Powell placed 3rd in intermediate showmanship with her market broilers.
