ASHLAND -- The Ashland Elks #1360 are hosting their 99th Flag Day Ceremony on Saturday, June 15 at 1 p.m.

The ceremony will feature a keynote speaker from the Ohio National Guard command, a history of the flag presented by the Elks officers and displayed by Cub Scout Pack 506, free refreshments from the Ashland Emblem Club, live accompanying music, and an awards presentation to area businesses and organizations that display their flags properly.
