ASHLAND -- Because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Ashland County entities could run out of much-needed personal protective equipment, especially in community fire and EMS agencies, according to Ashland Area Chamber of Commerce interim president Amy Daubenspeck.

She encouraged business owners and individuals to help by considering donating the following items for  first responders and medical professionals: latex gloves, N-95 Masks, Surgical Masks and Gowns.

"We as a county have planned for such a situation as this, but resources are only available on a limited supply or not at all due to demand," Daubenspeck said in an email.
