OAK HARBOR, Ohio -- A 16-year-old girl was killed Tuesday after a three-vehicle accident near Oak Harbor, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Skylar Roberts, age 16, of Bradner, Ohio, was pronounced dead at the scene, the Patrol stated.

John Kunkel, 58, of Howard, and Michael Hudson, of Bedford, both sustained minor injuries after their vehicles were also damaged.
The incident took place at 12:08 p.m. on State Route 163 at North Toussaint Portage Road in Ottawa County.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol Sandusky Post a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Roberts, was northbound on North Toussaint Portage Road at State Route 163.
A 1996 Kenworth Commercial truck, driven by Kunkel, was eastbound on State Route 163 at North Toussaint Portage Road. A 2020 Ford van, driven by Hudson, was westbound on State Route 163 at North Toussaint Portage Road. Both Kunkel and Hudson received minor injuries as a result of the crash and were transported to St. Charles Emergency Room by Portage Fire and EMS.
The Patrol stated that the Silverado failed to yield the right of way from a stop sign and was struck by the Kenworth at North Toussaint Portage Road. After colliding, both vehicles went off the north side of State Route 163, striking Unit #3 who was westbound on SR 163. All three vehicles came to rest off the north side of SR 163.
The driver of Unit #1 and Unit #2 were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash and the driver of Unit #3 was not wearing his seatbelt. Alcohol is not a factor in the crash. No charges have been filed at this time and the crash remains under investigation.
All three vehicles were towed from the scene by Bubba's Towing.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol was assisted at the scene by Portage Fire Department. Ohio Department of Transportation, Ottawa County Coroner's Office, Ottawa County Sheriff's Office, Oak Harbor Police Department, and Bubba's Towing.
