MANSFIELD – Authorities are seeking four people, two of them women, as part of this week's Most Wanted list compiled by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force in the Richland County division for the week of Jan. 20.

Billie Jo Hinds, 41, is 5-foot-1, 110 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. She is sought for failure to appear for sentencing on an original charge of tampering with evidence. Authorities say she has ties to Mansfield, Ashland, and Cardington. She was reported as a missing person on Nov. 25, 2019 through the Mansfield Police Department.

Stephanie Oakley, 30, is 5-foot-2, 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Oakley is wanted for escape. Officials say she has ties to the Mansfield area.

Levi Walls, 40, is 5-foot-10, 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for a bond revocation on an original charge of trafficking in drugs in a school zone. Authorities say he has ties to the Mansfield area.

Anthony Bishop Sr., 57, is 5-foot-11, 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is sought for a probation violation on an original charge of dangerous drugs. Officials say he has ties to the Mansfield area.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of any of these fugitives is asked to call the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 419-774-3565 or 1-866-4-WANTED.
