ASHLAND — Ashland Source's Dillon Carr talked about voter turnout, Mike Pence and the Ashland County Airport on Thursday's WRDL appearance.

In this week's show, Carr highlighted the Tuesday's election results, which saw 25.6% of the county's voter base show up to the polls. Turnout was up slightly from 2019, the last similar election.

Carr also talked about covering Pence's keynote address at an Ashbrook Center memorial dinner. He said his initial impressions of Pence were that he sincerely cares about the future of American democracy.

He also updated listeners on news surrounding the Ashland County Airport and the authority's desire to build a $572,000 terminal building.
