PLAYERS TO WATCH 💪

Garet Garwood
A senior, Garwood helped clear the road for All-FC running back Colton Wittman. Garwood was an All-Firelands Conference second-team pick at guard.

Jack Keener
A senior, Keener got off to a torrid start last fall — rushing for 104 yards and a touchdown in a win over Loudonville — before tearing his ACL.
CRYSTAL BALL 🔮
The Mounties allowed 33.1 points per game against Firelands Conference opponents last fall. Patching a porous defense is the top priority. The non-conference portion of the schedule is favorable as Loudonville, Wellington and Crestline combined for eight wins last year. Mapleton could build some momentum going into the start of Firelands Conference play.
