ASHLAND — The following criminal charges were filed in October with the Ashland County Common Pleas Court.

Indictments

The following 9 people were the subject of an indictment and have or will appear in Ashland County Common Pleas Court: 

  • Daniel Bryan, 48, of Ashland, was charged with one count of aggravated possession of drugs. An Ashland County partial grand jury filed the charges Oct. 9. in connection to an incident authorities say happened on Sept. 19.
  • Eric Floyd, 38, of Doddridge, Arkansas, was charged with one count of aggravated possession of drugs. The Ashland Police Department filed the charges Oct. 17 in connection to an incident authorities say happened Oct. 16.
  • Chelsey Larry, 26, of Flint, Michigan, was charged with unclassified charges as a fugitive from justice. Larry was previously charged with retail theft, theft by unlawful-taking-movable, theft by decap false impression in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. The Ashland County Sheriff’s Office filed the charges on Oct. 8 in connection to fleeing from justice on Oct. 8.
  • Austin Lester, 27, of Bellville, was charged with two counts of endangering children. An Ashland County partial grand jury filed the charges on Oct. 9 in connection to incidents authorities say happened Aug. 13.
  • Jefferson Josue Matute Valdes, 21, of Akron, was charged with one count of aggravated possession of drugs. The Ohio State Highway Patrol filed the charges Oct. 9 in connection to an incident authorities say happened Oct. 8.
  • Tabitha May, 35, of Ashland, was charged with unclassified charges as a fugitive from justice. May was previously charged with custody/visitiation violation in Southampton County, Virginia. The Ashland Police Department filed the charges Oct. 6 in connection to fleeing from justice Oct. 4.
  • Angie McIntire, 46, of Mansfield, was charged with one count of aggravated possession of drugs. An Ashland County grand jury filed the charges Oct. 9 in connection to incidents authorities say happened Sept. 19.
  • Isabella Marie Tabler, 19, of Wooster, was charged with one count of possession of cocaine. An Ashland County grand jury filed the charges Oct. 9 in connection to incidents authorities say happened June 21.
  • Randolph Teter, 29, of Elyria, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, domestic violence and aggravated menacing. An Ashland County grand jury filed the charges Oct. 9 in connection to events authorities say happened July 24.
