ASHLAND — Haley McNaull is the Ashland Elks Teen of the Month for November. She is the daughter of Greg and Julie McNaull and is a senior at Ashland High School.

Haley’s academic accolades include honor roll, Summa Cum Laude and a College Board National Recognition Program Award for rural and small towns.

She is active in a wide variety of school functions including Ashland High School Musical Pit member, marching and symphonic band, flute section leader, National Honor Society, Tri-M Music Honor Society, and a member of FFA, where she held the offices of Vice President and Reporter, and is currently serving as the President.

Outside of school, Haley is a member of the Trillium Flute Choir, Ashland Special Needs Ministry Respite Volunteer, Ashland County Community Foundation’s IMPACT Youth Council, Ashland County Jr. Fair Board where she served as the Vice President, Fur Feather ‘N Fun 4-H Club, and High Praise Youth Choir.

Haley has competed in numerous events including the FFA Floriculture CDE at both the State and National levels. 

Twice she has placed first in the State and placed first at the Eastern Region’s Floriculture CDE held at the Eastern States Exposition. Haley also owns and operates a potted chrysanthemum business where she supplies mums for group fundraisers including Ashland High School and Ashland FFA Chapter.

After high school, Haley plans to attend The Ohio State University to major in Sustainable Plant Systems and minor in Agribusiness.
