The Minutemen fought to a 37-33 intermission margin at the Tygers’ expense.
Neither team could gain any advantage in the third quarter.
The Tygers narrowed the gap 13-11 in the final quarter but it was too little, too late.
Last season, Lexington and Mansfield faced off on Jan. 28, 2025 at Mansfield High School.
In recent action on Dec. 6, Lexington faced off against Sandusky and Mansfield took on Wooster Triway on Dec. 9 at Triway High School.
