NEW LONDON — Firelands Electric Cooperative has announced the winners of its Let the Games Begin Contest.
Congratulations to Rodney Harner and Amber Gable, both of New London, and to Faith Shipman of Ashland.
Open to co-op members with children living in the home, the contest took place during the month of January.
Three families were randomly selected from among the 120 entries to receive a family board game prize package containing five games.
Included were the classic games Yahtzee, Sorry, Uno, and Trouble, as well as Power Haus, a board game that teaches players about energy consumption and efficiency (www.adventerragamesusa.com/powerhaus).
