NANKIN — Will Sas has been named the Ashland Elks Teen of the Month for March.
He is the son of Kristi and Tom Sas and is a senior at Mapleton High School.
Will’s academic accolades include being on the Distinguished Honor Roll and member of the National Honor Society.
Will is a two-year member of the Mapleton wrestling team. He also volunteers at Brethren Care and Mapleton Elementary School.
Outside of school, Will enjoys helping neighbors in need, working on cars, hunting, fishing, and hiking with his dog.
He also enjoys spending time with his family and having bonfires with his friends.
After graduation, Will plans to be an aviator mechanic in the Marine Corps and to further his education by attending college.
