ASHLAND — Ashland County Community Foundation’s IMPACT Youth Council recently approved IMPACT Youth Grants for 2026.

Nineteen organizations serving Ashland County youth were awarded grants totaling $25,000. The following organizations received grants:

  • Advocates for Families received a grant to support a camping trip for at-risk youth in the mentoring program.
  • Appleseed Community Mental Health Center received a grant to support home and personal safety equipment for teens and families.
  • Ashland Bike Project, Inc., DBA Project WILD received a grant for its Project WILD Youth Cycling Adventures.
  • Ashland County Community Academy received a grant to support From Classroom to Career: ACCA’s Workforce Readiness Project.
  • Ashland County Farm Bureau received a grant to fund the Ashland third grade farm tour.
  • Ashland County Jr. Fair Board, part of the Ashland County Agricultural Society, received a grant to fund a livestock show for individuals with special needs that will take place at the Ashland County Fair.
  • Ashland County Park District received a grant to fund microscopes and accessories to inspire young scientists at the Davy McClure Outdoor Education Center.
  • Crestview Youth Soccer received a grant to fund a youth-sized soccer goal.
  • For The Love of Christmas Limited received a grant to purchase hats, gloves, coats and shoes for families in need.
  • Grow in Hope Ministries received a grant to support home safety modifications and adaptive equipment for youth with disabilities.
  • Loudonville Church Women received a grant to purchase electronic school supplies for the Back-to-School Program, to be used with school-provided laptops.
  • Loudonville Theatre & Arts Committee received a grant for art equipment for Arts Alive Art and the Arts Alive Drama Camps programs 2026.
  • Ohio Bereavement Collaborative received a grant for Grief-Informed Workshops and Support Groups for Children in Foster Care.
  • Park Street Preschool received a grant to support a check in-check out kiosk for the preschool and daycare.
  • Quincy’s Refuge received a grant to support a special needs camp.
  • Rape Crisis Domestic Violence Safe Haven received a grant to purchase green space for youth in the shelter.
  • Replay for Kids received a grant for FFA-led STEM workshops to create adapted toys to be used by children with disabilities.
  • Tri-County Educational Services Center received a grant for sheet music for Tri-County High School Honor Choir.

IMPACT Youth Grants are competitive grants awarded by ACCF to 501(c)(3) and other
qualifying charitable organizations in support of projects and initiatives specifically designed to benefit the youth of Ashland County.

Grant recipients are chosen by ACCF’s IMPACT Youth Council, a committee of student
volunteers from Ashland County high schools.

The council is led by director Sarah LeVeck. The following students participated in IMPACT Youth Council during the 2025-2026 school year: Rilynn Ajian, Nevaeh Anderson, Addi Bonfiglio, Zachary Chapman, Eva Early, Jacob Gardner, Kaylee Gault, Lillian Gibson, Braylon Goon, Hayden Hitchcock, Owen Hosfeld, Laila Manchester, Haley McNaull, Hannah McNaull, Macyn Mowry, Haleigh Mosley, Julia Murawski, Katryanna Obringer, Elena Peters, Olivia Swartz, Abbi Taylor, Calli Wolfe and Laney Zimmerman.

ACCF is currently accepting applications for next year’s IMPACT Youth Council. Ashland
County students who will be sophomores, juniors or seniors during the 2026-2027 school year may apply online at www.ashlandforgood.org/impact-youth-council/.
