ASHLAND — Summer road construction season is upon us, and that repair work may change the traffic pattern for some local residents.
For example, a section of U.S. 42 will close later this month in Ashland County, according to a press release issued by the Ohio Department of Transportation.
U.S. 42, between Township Road 543 and SR 89, will close on Monday, April 13 for a culvert replacement.
The detour route will be U.S. 42 north to U.S. 250 east to State Route 89 north to U.S. 42 and reverse.
The estimated completion date for this project is on Friday, April 24.
