LOUDONVILLE – Loudonville-Perrysville Exempted Village Schools is inviting families and community members to participate in a series of upcoming focus group sessions as part of the district’s strategic planning process.
The district recently launched a comprehensive effort to develop a strategic plan that will guide its direction over the next three to five years.
The process is designed to align the district’s mission, vision and goals while ensuring continued growth and success for students and the broader community.
Community input is a central component of the planning process. Community members are encouraged to attend one of several one-hour focus group sessions, which will provide an opportunity for open dialogue about the district’s strengths, challenges and future opportunities.
The following in-person focus groups are scheduled:
● April 15 at 7 p.m. at the Perrysville Community Center
● April 23 at 7 p.m. at the Loudonville Lions Club
In addition, a senior-focused community luncheon will be held at 11 a.m. on April 29 at the Loudonville Lions Club. All community members are welcome to attend.
A virtual option will be offered on April 21 at 7 p.m. for those who prefer to participate remotely.
“These conversations are critical to shaping a plan that truly reflects the needs and priorities of our community,” said Supt. Jennifer Allerding. “We want to hear directly from all of our stakeholders as we build a roadmap for the future.”
Input gathered through focus groups and the upcoming survey will be used to identify key themes and inform the development of the district’s strategic goals.
