MANSFIELD — The mostly beautiful stretch of weather we’ve enjoyed for the past week or so could be coming to a windy, rainy end this evening.

Multiple rounds of strong to severe thunderstorms are possible across the region from 4 to 10 p.m. on Tuesday, according to information provided by the National Weather Service.

Strong winds are the primary hazard and large hail is a possibility during this Hazardous Weather Outlook.

This alert encompasses Richland, Ashland, Knox, Crawford and Morrow counties, in an area stretching from Youngstown to Toledo, Mount Vernon to Ashtabula.

The severe weather outlook for Wednesday includes the possibility of multiple rounds of severe thunderstorms Wednesday night into the overnight hours.

Strong winds and heavy rainfall are the primary hazards, although a tornado and large hail are also possible.

Strong winds with gusts up to 45 mph are possible on Thursday, too.
