ASHLAND — Dozens of vintage trucks will be touring the area to collect food as well as donations for the Ashland County Food Bank beginning Sunday at the fairgrounds.
Participants and spectators will meet at 9 a.m. for coffee and donuts provided by the food bank. Donations will be accepted at this time.
The convoy will depart for a three hour, 50-mile cruise throughout Ashland County. The entourage will make three stops along their journey to collect food and cash donations.
At around 10:30 a.m., the parade will arrive at the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield. The next stop is Kunhle Brothers at around 11 a.m. Love’s Truck Stop will host the convoy at around noon. The tour will finish up around 1 p.m. at Abers Crane.
A hot dog lunch will be available at Aber’s Crane provided by the food bank. All vintage old trucks are welcome to participate. Participants’ vehicles must be insured and only bobtails are permitted.
Vehicles also must follow all State of Ohio guidelines.
