MANSFIELD — Four fugitives, two of them women, are among this week’s Most Wanted in north central Ohio, according to a list compiled by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, Richland County Division.
Marshea Frank-Smith, 23, is 5-foot-9, 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She is sought for illegal conveyance of weapons or drugs onto the grounds of a government facility, possession of cocaine, and possession of heroin. Authorities say she has ties to the Mansfield area.
Hillary Brooks, 27, is 5-foot, 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She is wanted for aggravated burglary. Officials say she has ties to the Mansfield area.
Shameek Price, 24, is 5-foot-11, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Authorities say he is wanted for a bond revocation on a receiving stolen property charge. Price has ties to the Mansfield area.
Morris Terry, 29, is 5-foot-9, 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Authorities say he is wanted on a probation violation for a weapons under disability charge. Terry has ties to the Mansfield area.
