ASHLAND — Kyle Keiser has been named the Ashland Elks Teen of the Month for February. Kyle is the son of Brian and Joey Keiser and is a senior at Ashland High School.
Kyle is a member of the Ashland High School National Honor Society and has been named to First Honor Roll as well as a three year Academic Scholar. He is also a member of St. Edwards Catholic Church.
Kyle’s passion is with the Boy Scouts of America and through the Scouts he has become a member of the Order of the Arrow, Venture Crew 308. He is currently working to become an Eagle Scout. His other activities include mentoring, St. Edward Hunger Center, and volunteering at the Ashland Balloon Festival and Prairie Peddler Festival.
His special interests include technology, computer programming, mechanical systems, fishing and he is a firearms and vehicle enthusiast.Â
After high school, Kyle plans to attend the University of Akron where he will study Electrical Engineering.
