JEROMESVILLE — The postseason honors keep piling up for Bradey Krichbaum and the Hillsdale Falcons.
Krichbaum was selected to the All-Northeast Inlands District first team in Division VII, while Hillsdale’s Ben Ferguson was selected the Coach of the Year.
A 6-foot-6 senior, Krichbaum averaged 15 points and 11 rebounds a game. Meanwhile, Ferguson steered his alma mater to its first district title since 2001. The Falcons fell to Division VII Final Four qualifier Cornerstone Christian in the regional semifinals.
Hillsdale’s Troy Bennett and Lowen Ferguson were second-team picks. Bennett averaged 10 points a game, while Ferguson, a freshman and the coach’s son, was good for 11 points a night.
In Division VI, Mapleton’s Scotty Hickey landed a spot on the first team. The senior averaged 26.3 points a game.
Loudonville’s Judah Layton was a second-teamer in Division VI. The senior averaged 22.1 points a game.
Loudonville’s Dilan Wade and Mapleton’s Joe Foster were honorable-mention picks in Division VI.
Girls
Mapleton’s Hailey Bergosh and Loudonville’s Alesha Felix were both second-team picks in Division VI.
A 5-foot-11 senior, Bergosh averaged 13 points a game. The Mounties (18-6) finished second in the Firelands Conference standings.
The 5-foot-11 Felix averaged 10.1 points a game. The senior helped Loudonville to a runner-up finish in the Knox Morrow Athletic Conference.
Loudonville’s Addison Wolford was an honorable-mention selection. She was joined by Mapleton’s Kenzie Hellickson and Addison Hess.
