NANKIN — On May 3, 2025, Mapleton FFA proudly celebrated the accomplishments of four outstanding members — Nevaeh Anderson, Abigail Stephens, Brianna Stemen, and graduate Eastyn Rohr — who walked across the stage at the Ohio FFA State Convention to receive their State FFA Degree.
This honor represents the highest degree the Ohio FFA Association can bestow
upon its members and recognizes their dedication, leadership, and commitment to agricultural education.
Family, friends, and fellow FFA members were present to witness the special moment and cheer on the recipients. Earning the State FFA Degree is a significant milestone, and Mapleton FFA is incredibly proud of Nevaeh, Abigail, Brianna, and Eastyn for their hard work and determination.
We look forward to seeing what their futures hold and know they will continue to represent our chapter with excellence.
In addition to the degree ceremony, Mapleton FFA was also represented in the Ohio FFA Band.

Zaden Hughes and Danika Cross were selected to perform as part of this prestigious ensemble. Zaden played the bass drum in the percussion section, while Danika showcased her musical talent on the trumpet.
After being accepted into the band in April, both students received music to practice ahead of the convention and then participated in rehearsals on the day of the event. Their performances were featured multiple times throughout the evening, adding spirit and energy to the convention atmosphere.
We are proud of all six students for representing Mapleton FFA at the state level, both on the stage and in the spotlight. Congratulations to our degree recipients and band performers for their outstanding achievements!
