Monroeville rallied after a first-quarter deficit to knock off Malvern 34-14 in Ohio high school football on Nov. 7.
The start wasn’t the problem for Malvern, as it began with a 14-7 edge over Monroeville through the end of the first quarter.
The second quarter began with neither team in charge at a 14-14 deadlock.
Neither team could dent the scoreboard in the third quarter.
The Eagles held on with a 20-0 scoring edge in the final quarter.
In recent action on Oct. 24, Monroeville faced off against Norwalk St Paul.
