LOUDONVILLE — The Loudonville-Perrysville Exempted Village School District has announced that Kyle Gordon has been named the principal of Loudonville High School, the district announced in a Tuesday afternoon press release.
Gordon brings a strong background in classroom instruction, instructional leadership, and school administration, along with a clear commitment to student success, school culture, and community engagement, the district stated.

He currently serves as Assistant Principal at Madison South Elementary School in the Madison Local School District, a role he has held since 2019.
In this position, he has been responsible for student discipline, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) implementation, data analysis to support student achievement, and strengthening parent and community communication.
He has also worked as acting principal for extended periods, further expanding his leadership experience.
“Kyle brings a strong combination of instructional expertise, leadership experience, and a genuine commitment to students and families,” said Supt. Jennifer Allerding. “His approach aligns closely with our district’s mission, and we are excited for the energy and vision he will bring to Loudonville High School.”
Prior to his leadership role, Gordon spent nearly a decade in the classroom as a third grade teacher at Eastview Elementary School.
During that time, he led coordinated schoolwide learning events, implemented parent engagement programming, and supported student growth through intervention and tutoring.
He also coached JV baseball and assisted with middle school basketball, reflecting his long standing commitment to student involvement beyond the classroom.
“I am truly looking forward to starting this new chapter of leading Loudonville High School,” said Gordon. “I am eager to begin working together and serving this community with Redbird Pride!”
