Sarah Potes, director of the Richland County Emergency Management Agency passed along the forecast Tuesday afternoon from the National Weather Service.
Here are the expected weather impacts for the coming week:
Temperatures are anticipated to trend slightly above normal to near normal as we head into October.
Cool temperatures and occasional showers and a few thunderstorms will persist at times through Wednesday.
Expect dry conditions to return by the end of the week, accompanied by cool overnight lows in the 40s.
