Jack Michael Altman, 30 weeks
Jack Michael Altman, 30 weeks, passed away on Friday, September 18, 2026 in Wooster Community Hospital
He is the son of Ian Michael and Courtney Erin (nee Eichelberger) Altman of Ashland.
In addition to his parents, Jack is survived by his two sisters, Emily, age 6 and Eleanor, age 2, of the home; maternal grandparents, Dan and Katina Eichelberger of Ashland; his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Julie Altman of Ashland; his aunts and uncles, Colette (Chris) Williams of Shiloh, Devin (Ashley) Eichelberger of Savannah, Kayla (Jared) Muncie of Butler, and Ashley Altman of Ashland; and numerous cousins and extended family.
Jack is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Michael A. Altman who passed away on September 23, 2018.
Family and friends may visit on Thursday, October 1, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Denbow-Gasche Funeral Home.
