Beverly J. Kemper age 78 of Ashland, passed away at the Brethren Care Village in Ashland.
Born in Ashland on November 21, 1947 the daughter of Boyd and Pauline (Sheppard) Markham, she was a resident of Ashland County all of her life. She had previously been employed at Coburn Inc. until her retirement. Beverly enjoyed spending time with her late husband David and also enjoyed spending time with her beloved dogs.
On June 24, 2006, Beverly, was married to David Kemper who preceded her in death on October 25, 2012.
Beverly is survived by four sons: Jeff Huff, Mark (Aimee) Cooper, Bryan Cooper and Randy Shank. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Two siblings also survive, Bill Markham of Virginia and Janet Bright of Ashland.
In addition to her husband David, she is preceded in death by her parents. One brother and one sister also precede her in death: Dale “Pee Wee” Markham, Ruth Ann Adkins. Also preceded in death by daughter, Kimberly (Huff) Hartsel and her two beloved Yorkies, Rastus and Nikita.
A Celebration of Beverly’s life will be held at the Avenue Church, 301 East Liberty Street, Ashland, Ohio 44805 on Saturday October 17, 2026 at 12:00pm
