OLIVESBURG — Even though the odds of 2020 with the CoronaVirus are against the Crestview Future Farmers of America, the Rural and Urban Soils team was successful at the district and state competitions.

At the district level the Urban Soils team placed 7th and Starbella Cordrey placed 15th individually, Baileigh Cordrey placed 27th individually, Makayla Spoerr placed 33nd individually, Rylynn Baker placed 36th individually, Audrey Oliver placed 37th individually and Masson Sanders placed 40th individually.

At the district level the Rural Soils team placed 6th and Austin Barcroft placed 17th individually, Tarynn Eagle placed 30th individually, Kylee Owens placed 31st individually, Jake Smith placed 37th individually, Morgan Eagle placed 41st individually and Zoe Metzger placed 43rd individually.

At the state level, the Urban Soils Team placed 63rd of 108 and Starbell Cordrey placed 241st individually, Baileigh Cordrey placed 330th individually, Audrey Oliver placed 346th individually, Grayson Littleton placed 392nd individually, Masson Sanders placed 413th individually and Rylynn Baker placed 439th individually.

The Rural Soils placed 75th of 164 teams and Austin Barcroft placed 251st individually, Makayla Spoerr placed 436th individually, Jake Smith placed 547th individually, Kylee Owens placed 560th individually, Tarynn Eagle placed 603rd individually, Payton Eichelberger placed 608th individually, Frankie Dismore placed 632nd individually, Ben Smith placed 707th individually, Gavin Cains placed 932nd individually, and Ellie Powell placed 1,004th individually.
