ASHLAND — Real estate sales agents Shannon Hill, Wende Lance and Stephanie Starkey, collectively known as The Home Team, pride themselves on serving Ashland, Richland and Wayne County area buyers and sellers with excellence.
Hill and Lance, both consistent top performers in the Ashland County MLS, formed The Home Team in April 2019. In the fall of that year, they joined agent Brock Rader to run the growing HER Realtors Downtown office, now located at 48 W Main St, Ashland.
Fast growth and an increase in clients prompted the pair to add agent Stephanie Starkey to their team earlier this year. Starkey brings 17 years experience and a passion for working with people.

Hill has 25 years of experience in real estate, is a multi-million dollar producer, and has served as a mentor and trainer for other agents for most of her career.
