Nissley and his family live in a home built in the early 1900’s located in Danville. Throughout the years, they have done several remodeling projects, including their latest, redoing their floors.
When the Nissley’s brought in a flooring box to Eloquin that matched the flooring they wanted in their home, the company quickly found and ordered the exact flooring to get the project rolling.
Unfortunately, the flooring was on backorder and took a couple of months to be shipped. Despite the inconvenience, Nissley recalls how attentive Eloquin was by giving them updates during those months of waiting.
“As soon as the flooring came in, [Eloquin] didn’t put us at the end of the line, they came right away to put the flooring in,” he said.
Eloquin also provided free cleaner and a dust mop to the Nissley’s to try and compensate for the wait time on the flooring.
Nissley was blown away by Manager Doug Price at Eloquin and his dedication to the project as well. Nissley believes Price represents the company very well and exceeded expectations, especially when he personally came to the Nissley home to buff out a scratch on the new flooring.
“Every challenge that came through, Doug personally took care of and went above and beyond to try and make us feel comfortable with the decision to use Eloquin,” Nissley said.
