MANSFIELD — Spherion Staffing Services, a local recruiting, staffing and workforce solutions provider, recently honored Beth and Mark DeLaney, owners of the company’s Ashland, Mansfield, Orrville and Willard branches in Ohio, with the 2016 President’s Award.
The annual award recognizes six individual owners or ownership teams who have demonstrated consistent business growth and community involvement during the previous three years.
In 2015, the DeLaneys garnered increased improvement in total hours worked, bill rate, gross profit, sales and revenue across their four offices. They also manage nine Spherion On-Premise accounts, and frequently share their expertise and best practices in this area with the company’s larger ownership network.

With operations spanning 10 counties, the DeLaneys have led Spherion of Mid-Ohio for 15 years. The duo is heavily involved in local business and community development organizations, including the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the Richland County Foundation and the Richland Community Development Group (RCDG), and numerous local philanthropic groups.
