ASHLAND – The Ashland University Symposium Against Indifference events set for Tuesday and Wednesday of this week have been postponed due to travel concerns for the speakers coming from the south.
The presentations by Dr. Susan Glisson and Charles Tucker, the partners and co-founders of Sustainable Equity LLC, have been postponed.
“We have postponed these events for now and we are working on rescheduling them at this time,” said Dolly Crawford, committee chair for the Symposium Against Indifference.
The postponed events include the Glisson and Tucker public lecture set for Tuesday, Sept. 12, at 7:30 p.m. and an interactive workshop set for Wednesday, Sept. 13, at 7:30 p.m. Both events were scheduled to be held in the Trustees Room of the Myers Convocation Center.
