ASHLAND — A number of Ashland County students recently earned their American Welding Society Welding Certificates in the Robotics and Advanced Manufacturing program at Ashland County-West Holmes Career Center.
These students are preparing for good-paying careers with a technical trade that’s in high demand, according to the school. Junior Kyler Mills, of Hillsdale, collected three welding certificates. Juniors Jared Beardsley, Nolan Glazier and Grayson Mounts, homeschooled, also earned certificates; Jacob Ashby, of Loudonville, sophomore David Alvis, of Ashland, junior Troy Radcliff, of West Holmes, and junior Chastity Fannin, of Hillsdale all did as well.
