Studio Rise acts as a “hub” for Ashland residents to form a yoga practice and foundation of wellness. The studio offers a variety of styles and difficulties.

Owner Aubrey Bates and instructors help clients manage stress, improve mobility, and build a wellness foundation. Bates opened the studio in 2014, and her focus has centered on cultivating the community of yogis ever since.

The six Instructors, including a Tai Chi instructor, have completed intensive certifications. Rise offers 24 classes per week – with the earliest starting at 5:45 a.m. and the latest starting at 8:45 p.m.

“With this volume and momentum, we will be adding coaching and consultation services in the near future to guide our clients’ whole selves to well-being,” Bates said.

Studio Rise prides itself on infusing passion and excellence into all classes and services.

“Being an inspired business inspires others to join in,” Bates said.

New clients are welcome to try a class without fear of judgement. The community focuses on fostering growth and inspiring clients to live their most optimal life.

New clients can take advantage of a 3-class introductory pass for $15. A $25 30-day unlimited class is available for students. Programming during the holiday season will help participants prepare for and move into the New Year as more whole version of themselves.
