The Yellow Jackets rallied in the fourth quarter, but the Spartans skirted trouble with just enough offense to thwart all hopes.
Toledo Start’s shooting moved to a 20-14 lead over Perrysburg at the intermission.
The Yellow Jackets showed they were ready to play, using an early thrust to carve out an 8-4 advantage over the Spartans as the first quarter ended.
