LOUDONVILLE — Every once in a while we come across a photo that sparks a conversation all by itself.
This is just such an occassion.
In this photo, a young “Rhiney” Schnittke is seen patroling in front of the Loudonville High School (now C.E. Budd), c. late-20s early-30s.
There is what appears to be a police booth along Wood Street, but this is the only known photograph. It is believed to have only existed for a few short years in the late-20s and early-30s.
