ASHLAND — The Ashland County West Holmes Career Center has announced its selection of two youngsters as September Students of the Month.
Kelli Kanz, of Ashland High School, and Kaitlynn Hines, of Mapleton High School, were chosen Career Center Students of the Month for September.
Kanz, in the Career Center’s Health Technology program, was named the Junior Student of the Month. She is the daughter of Scott Kanz and Heather Christine and resides in Perrysville.
Hines, in the Career Center’s Cosmetology program, was named the Senior Student of the Month. She is the daughter of John and Cindy Hines and resides in Ashland.
Both students will be recognized at the October regular meeting of the Career Center’s Board of Education. Each will be presented with a certificate in recognition of this honor.
