ASHLAND — Mayor Matt Miller will again host the annual Mayor’s Veterans Day Breakfast to honor our community’s military service members on Wednesday, Nov. 11 from 7:30 to 9 a.m. in Mozelle Hall at the Ashland County Fairgrounds.

Social distancing guidelines will be followed and a carry-out option will be available. Breakfast will be continually served throughout the morning.

“We are so proud of our United States veterans and current service members,” Miller said. “Our freedom is a very precious and valuable asset, and we must be careful to never take it for granted, nor these men and women that have defended it throughout our nation’s history. This annual breakfast is one way we can say thank you to these local heroes.”

Veterans and active duty military members are welcome to stop by Mozelle Hall at the Ashland County Fairgrounds, 2042 Claremont Avenue, anytime between 7:30 and 9 a.m. for a delicious, free breakfast assortment, including eggs, pancakes, and sausage gravy and biscuits.

For more information on sponsorship opportunities, community members may contact Amanda Patterson, Community Outreach Coordinator, at 419-289-4181.
