ASHLAND — The following criminal charges were filed in March with Ashland County Court of Common Pleas.
• Rodney Lamont Caldwell, 40, of Mansfield, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges were filed by Loudonville Police Department on March 10 in connection with an incident that authorities say happened on Aug. 13, 2021.
• Robbert M. Cogar, 43, of West Salem, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs and possession of a fentanyl-related compound. The charges were filed by Ashland Police Department on March 11 in connection with an incident that authorities say happened on Oct. 29, 2021.
• Aaron L. Drushell, 33, of Ashland, was charged with rape, sexual battery, and tampering with evidence. The charges were filed by Ashland Police Department on March 11 in connection with an incident that authorities say happened on July 9, 2021.
• Christopher J. Hammond, 19, of Jeromesville, was charged with four counts of corrupting another with drugs. The charges were filed by Ashland County Sheriff’s Office on March 11 in connection with an incident that authorities say happened on Jan. 2, 2022.
• Rusty Kelly, 54, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated trafficking in drugs. The charge was filed by Ashland Police Department on Mar. 31 in connection with an incident that authorities say happened on March 23, 2022.
• Kevin Jay Lindeman, 61, of Malvern, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them. The charge was filed by Ohio State Highway Patrol on March 31 in connection with an incident that authorities say happened on March 29, 2022.
• Brianna M. Lyall, 30, of Ashland, was charged with two counts of abusing harmful intoxicants, two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and operating a motor vehicle or agricultural tractor. The charges were filed by Ashland Police Department on March 10 in connection with an incident that authorities say happened on Nov. 13, 2021.
• Kim Shreve, 56, of Ashland, was charged with domestic violence, abduction, and two counts of violating a protection order. The charges were filed by Ashland Police Department on March 11 in connection with an incident that authorities say happened on Feb. 21, 2022.
• Roy L. Tilley, 34, of Ashland, was charged with abduction and domestic violence. The charges were filed by Ashland Police Department on March 11 in connection with an incident that authorities say happened on Feb. 23, 2022.
• Husan Khalil Valentine, 25, of Cleveland, was charged with failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer. The charge was filed by Ohio State Highway Patrol on March 25 in connection with an incident that authorities say happened on March 24, 2022.
