ASHLAND – Brethren Care Village, a senior living community, proudly announces Honoring Excellence winner Lyvennia Sigler, LPN, an associate of Belmont Tower Assisted Living located on their campus in Ashland.
This award is given annually to outstanding employees that demonstrate vision, innovation, leadership, and compassion in their role, by the Ohio Assisted Living Association (OALA), representing over 585 licensed Assisted Living Communities in Ohio.
Sigler won the award as Outstanding LPN Director of Health Services. Lyvennia represents the values the Ohio Assisted Living Association looks for in Honoring Excellence nominees.
Belmont Tower Assisted Living Director, Molly Bartholomew, submitted a letter to OALA stating:
“Her staff look to her for advice and she sets a great example of keeping things positive. She kept best practices in place and a true testament to her dedication to this, only 6 of 80 residents contracted COVID, all of whom recovered without being hospitalized. Lyvennia has a heart of gold and loves our residents like she loves her own grandparents.”
Winners of the award are nominated by their community and selected by a committee of the Ohio Assisted Living Association Board of Trustees.
