ASHLAND — The following criminal charges were filed in May with Ashland County Court of Common Pleas.

• Christina Chavonne Carlene Belle, 21, of Toledo, was charged with trafficking marijuana and possession of criminal tools. Charges were filed by an Ashland County Grand Jury on May 13 in connection with an incident authorities say happened March 24. 

• Ayla D. Clark, 24, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs and endangering children. Charges were filed by an Ashland County Grand Jury on May 13 in connection with an incident authorities say happened Jan. 12. 

• Gary Colburn, 55, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed by the Ashland Police Division on May 25 in connection with an incident authorities say happened May 22.

• Melvin Colburn, 56, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed by an Ashland County Grand Jury on May 12 in connection with an incident authorities say happened Nov. 27. Court records show Colburn is homeless.

• Jason Gerhart, 50, of Mansfield, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed by the Ashland Police Division on May 25 in connection with an incident authorities say happened May 22.

•  Christopher J. Hammond, 19, of Ashland, was charged with burglary and petty theft. Charges were filed by an Ashland County Grand Jury on May 13 in connection with an incident authorities say happened March 15.

• Felicia Hoover, 37, of Polk, was charged with illegal manufacturing of drugs, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for manufacture, endangering children and two counts of complicity in the commission of an offense. Charges were filed by an Ashland County Grand Jury on May 13 in connection with an incident authorities say happened March 22 through April 7. 

• Kompton Kegley, 23, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed by an Ashland County Grand Jury on May 12 in connection with an incident authorities say happened Dec. 24.

•  Mitchell Kilgore, 35, of Ashland, was charged with domestic violence. The charge was filed by the Ashland Police Division on May 25 in connection with an incident authorities say happened May 23.

• Toya McDowell, 26, of Canton, was charged with possession of cocaine and improperly handing a firearm in a vehicle. The charges were filed by the Ohio State Highway Patrol on May 6 in connection to an incident authorities say happened March 28. 

•  Stephen Messier, 38, of Polk, was charged with illegal manufacturing of drugs, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for manufacture, aggravated possession of drugs, aggravated trafficking in drugs and having weapons under disability. The charges were filed by an Ashland County Grand Jury on May 13 in connection with an incident authorities say happened March 22 through April 7. 

• Brandon Price, 41, of Wooster, was charged with complicity possession of a fentanyl-related compound, aggravated possession of drugs, possessing criminal tools and two counts of having weapons under disability. Charges were filed by an Ashland County Grand Jury on May 13 in connection to an incident authorities say happened April 3.

•  Wade Putman, 61, of Westfield, Pa., was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed by the Ashland Police Division on May 20 in connection with an incident authorities say happened May 20.

• Matthew B. Rank, 33, of Lexington, Ohio, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, aggravated trafficking in drugs and possessing criminal tools. Charges were filed by an Ashland County Grand Jury on May 13 in connection with an incident authorities say happened Jan. 3.

• Kimberly Sutton, 38, of Wooster, was charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound, aggravated possession of drugs, possessing criminal tools and two counts of having weapons under disability. Charges were filed by an Ashland County Grand Jury on May 13 in connection to an incident authorities say happened April 3.

•  Husan Khalil Valentine, 25, of South Euclid, was charged with failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer and trafficking in marijuana. Charges were filed by an Ashland County Grand Jury on May 13 in connection with an incident authorities say happened March 24.
