ASHLAND — The following criminal charges were filed in July with Ashland County Court of Common Pleas.
• Adam Beck, 21, of Sullivan, was charged with failure to provide notice of change of address and tampering with evidence. The charges were filed by the Ashland County Sheriff’s Office on July 1 in connection with an incident authorities say happened from April 13 to July 1.
• Connor A. Bruck, 20, of Cleveland, was charged with improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. The charge was filed by an Ashland County Grand Jury on July 14 in connection with an incident authorities say happened April 24.
• Talon S. Cline, 24, of Galion, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed by an Ashland County Grand Jury on July 14 in connection with an incident authorities say happened Feb. 21.
• Princeton Lee Edwards, 32, of Lorain, was charged with identity fraud and two OVIs. The charges were filed by an Ashland County Grand Jury on July 14 in connection with an incident authorities say happened May 21.
• Russell Huffman, 40, of Ashland, was charged with vandalism. The charge was filed by Ashland Police Division in connection with an incident authorities say happened July 9.
• Terry Jacobs, 39, of Bellville, was charged with failure to comply with order of police. The charge was filed by Ashland Police Division on July 11 in connection with an incident authorities say happened July 9.
• Troy Keck, 38, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs and tampering with evidence. The charges were filed by an Ashland County Grand Jury in connection with an incident authorities say happened March 18.
• Michael J. Parsittie, 56, of Wooster, was charged with possession of cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs. The charges were filed by an Ashland County Grand Jury on July 14 in connection with an incident authorities say happened Feb. 1-6.
• Kerlin Gregorio Miranda Perdomo, 34, of Columbus, was charged with an extradition complaint for an outstanding warrant out of Florida. The charge was filed by the Ohio State Highway Patrol on July 7 in connection with an incident authorities say happened July 2.
• Joseph D. Smith, 56, of Mansfield, was charged with possession of cocaine. The charge was filed by an Ashland County Grand Jury in connection with an incident authorities say happened Feb. 14.
• Spencer Thomas Spreng, 20, of Oberlin, was charged with cruelty to companion animals. The charge was filed by an Ashland County Grand Jury on July 14 in connection with an incident authorities say happened May 17.
• Marson Weh, 22, of Upper Darby, Pa., was charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle and failure to comply with an order from a police officer. Charges were filed by the Ashland Police Division on July 29 in connection with an incident authorities say happened July 15.
• William Yeaples, 43, of Sullivan, was charged with possession of cocaine, refusal to test with a prior conviction and carrying a concealed weapon. Charges were filed by an Ashland County Grand Jury on July 14 in connection with an incident authorities say happened Feb. 13.
