The Quakers collected a 48-35 victory at Arrow Arena.
Grayson Steury topped the Arrows with 21 points, but no one else reached double figures.
The Quakers led from the start, taking a 10-7 first-quarter lead and a 21-13 halftime advantage. New Philadelphia opened the bulge to 34-23 heading to the final eight minutes.
Ashland dropped to 1-5 overall, 1-3 in the OCC. New Philadelphia is 2-0 overall, and in the conference.
