The Tygers stemmed the tide in the second quarter by closing the gap to 25-24.

New Philadelphia darted to a 46-36 lead heading into the final quarter.

The clock was the only thing that stopped the Quakers, who enjoyed the upper hand in a 16-6 final quarter, too.
