ASHLAND — Brookside Golf Course held their 2023 Club Championship the weekend of Aug. 26 and 27.
The Championship, which has been held yearly since 1971, is played over a two-day period with 18 holes played each day.
There were 11 golfers that competed in the Scratch Division and eight golfers competed in the Senior Handicap Division.
In the Scratch Division, Aiden Baker claimed the 2023 Club Championship with rounds of 77 and 75 for a total of 152 over the two-day Tournament.
Broch Beyl was runner up in the Scratch Division, with scores of 81 and 83 for a total of 164.
The Senior Handicap Division was a close contest with Mike Dorr edging out Craig Chuhaloff by just 1 stroke over the two-day competition.
Dorr shot net scores of 75 and 75 for a total of 150 and Chuhaloff shot net scores of 77 and 74 for a total of 151.
