We work every day to help protect the most vulnerable population — the children in our community — with the hope that all children can have a safe and happy holiday season free of abuse and full of love and laughter.

At the Wayne County Children’s Advocacy Center, a child and their family can receive medical assistance and intervention following abuse, talk to a sensitive and trauma-informed professional provider about their traumatic experiences, receive information on what to expect in the court process, and receive ongoing support as they navigate the aftermath of their trauma at no cost to the child or family.
Since 2004, our Children’s Advocacy Center has been here to help. This past year, 79% of the children we saw were under the age of 12 (63% females / 37% males.)
