Ashland Mayor Matt Miller has invited the community to come watch Home Alone 2: Lost in New York at the Ashland Theatre on Dec. 16.

ASHLAND — The Mayor of Ashland wants to watch a movie with you. 

Mayor Matt Miller has invited the community to a complimentary afternoon at the Ashland Theatre on Dec. 16. The movie, Home Alone 2: Lost in New York, starts at 1 p.m.

“This is our Christmas gift to you, our community. And we hope you’ll join us,” Miller said in a promotional video he posted to his Facebook page. 

Miller has encouraged everyone coming to dress in their favorite Christmas outfits. He said there will be candy, popcorn and beverages — all for free. 

There are 348 seats available at the theater, which will open its balcony for additional seating.

Home Alone 2: Lost in New York is rated PG.
